1 0 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER STAYED SO LONG AT A HAIR DESIGNER THEN I HAVE WITH KIM POOLE. NOT ONLY DOES SHE ALWAYS FIT ME INTO HER SCHEDULE, BUT HER RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ALWAYS UNBELIEVABLE.. I TRUST HER 110 PERCENT WITH MY HAIR, AND MOST OF THE TIME I TELL HER TO O WHAT SHE WANTS. I TRUST HER COMPLETELY. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED KIM TO ANYONE, AND SO GLAD, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.....I TRUST HER AND CALL HER MY FRIEND. KIM ALSO REGULARLY GOES TO CLASSES TO ASSIST HER WITH THE LATEST THAT IS GOING ON WITH THE "hair world". Thanks so much Kim for working your magic on me every 6 weeks..........Sometimes it's not easy. lol Here's to another 30 years.................

I have just started going to Kim for hair color and cuts. She does a very good job. I appreciate that she finds out what you want and then talks about what will work and what won't. She is on time with my appointments but takes her time while I'm there. If all this wasn't enough to keep me coming back, then the paraffin hand treatments surely would. They are divine!

Kim has been caring for my hair for 5? Years, I've known her for longer and she is the most consistent and honest, hardworking person I know. She does not stop until YOU are happy, she goes well beyond any hair stylist I know and I know my familys in good hands and will look AMAZING!!! She is so much more than a hair stylist, she gives a hair STYLE not just a hair cut. I get more compliments regarding my hair! I feel so good when I hair amazing hair,changes my whole attitude. The atmosphere is refreshing and positive, which comes from their Christian attitude and beliefs I'm sure. I've never felt like I was among anything but family and you instantly know they practice the do unto others rule. Oh, and the complimentary paraffin hand treatment...ahhhhhh, heaven. Her prices are so reasonable, much cheaper than most experienced hair artist!!! I was so happily surprised. If you would like to feel good about your hair, have a happier wallet and a huge smile too...go see Kim or Deidra, you will not be disappointed!!

In the many years of Kim doing my hair I have NEVER left unsatisfied.....She goes above and beyond what is expected! I get so excited when its time to see her....she always makes me look fabulous!!!!
